Transculturality slips into the ordinary, the first phases of life in an elsewhere, either chosen or not, marked by the necessity to integrate. A subtle marriage takes place between the culture of the country of origin and that of the adopted country, but time and distance are needed to see its effects. Old age, the moment in which one takes stock of one’s life, makes it possible to observe this phenomenon of transculturality.Downloads
